This was our second visit to carpe Diem. As our first one was so special we wondered would it be a mistake to try to recapture the experience. It was not ! If anything it exceeded our expectations. You have many talents as host, chef, interior designer, collector – the list is endless. What impressed us most is your attention to detail. This is what makes this place such a special pleasure.
